About Theo

Theo is a record breaking salesperson, sales leader, coach and speaker with a 25 year career beginning in sales in 1998 and spanning sales management, enablement and management consulting specialising in sales uplift. He has broken a number of sales records across multiple industries and companies including the oldest direct sales company in USA (World Sales Record 2007), private banking at Southeast Asia’s largest bank, DBS Bank (Rookie Sales Record 2008), and real estate at one of the world’s Top 10 largest real estate firms, Cushman & Wakefield (Most Deals in a Month 2012).

Theo has trained hundreds of salespeople and teams, and delivered sales enablement to clients across multiple industries including Google, Schroders, AXA and Carlson Wagonlit.

He was previously Director of Sales Enablement for Oracle in APAC, prior to joining Google as Head of Cloud Enablement for Japan and. APAC. He has also been seconded in various C-suite roles as COO and CCO for firms in the renewable energy, healthcare, agritech and retail industries.

He is an Internationally capped sportsman, professional emcee and appeared in the Hollywood film, ‘Crazy Rich Asians’. He is also a past National Public Speaking Champion in Singapore and has opened for Singapore's most famous comic, Kumar.

Theo was awarded the Tigerhall Hall of Tigers 2021 ‘Best Content’ Award, is a key freelance contributor for the Sales Enablement Collective, and was the Headline Speaker at the Sales Enablement Festival 2021. He was also the creator and host of That Digital Show APAC, Google Cloud’s first external Podcast in Asia, as well as the Grand Champion of Google’s most competitive internal competition, the Google Hackathon..

Theo holds an MBA from India’s top Business school SP Jain, and was awarded National Speakers’ Association highest certification, the CSP designation (Certified Speaking Professional) in 2024 placing him in the top 1.5% speakers in the world.
